We recognize the importance of community to support, encourage, and connect us. Therefore, we have made it our goal to provide services where you are, in the community you live, love, work, and worship within.
We believe that health involves the mind, body and soul, and with that, that adequate access to care should not require people to be removed from valuable support systems such as friends, family, church and community membership, especially when they likely need them most. We want to do our part to ensure that growing families and individuals impacted by illness, injury or disability, have the assistance they need to safely recover and thrive in the comforts of their own homes.
Our services are available to people of all ages, including care for mothers and babies, disabled child or adult services, post-surgical support, a variety of senior care options, and end-of-life care. We also provide support for those in assisted living accommodations - whether recovering from recent hospital admissions, waiting placement in higher levels of care, or facing other health challenges - to ensure they are well cared for as their health needs evolve. We are focused on working with our community and our clients to identify any areas we can address to make independent or supportive living easier and more enjoyable.
We believe that by engaging our community in determining what health and home support needs are required, and tailoring our care to meet those individual needs, we can fill in the gaps to care and thereby shorten or prevent hospital admissions, allow people to remain close to their own support systems, and enable our client’s to ultimately chose where they live and receive care.
